Dragon Age: Origins only £12.97 at Amazon

I decided to get stuck into the most recent DLC for Dragonage and came across 2 problems instantly.  You can’t import DLC-based items into Awakening, this included the Blood Armor (that I was using at the end of Origins) and since installing Awakening all my DLC from Origins had become ‘unauthorised’.  Doubya tee eff.

This was annoying, as I’m sure there would have been an easier way for me to have just installed the game, and start playing trouble-free. . .

Anyways as a quick fix to anyone who experienced these issues, here are two fixes that would have saved me a lot of time had I known about this right off the bat:

- To fix the ‘unauthorised’ DLC issue, I had to download and run the DA Update Service Diagnostic Beta
- To fix the issue with importing DLC items, I had to use a small ‘mod’ hosted at Fileplanet which sorted that one out.

Right, back to pwning teh Darkspawn. . or something.
